Prior to Nassau Street Partners, Juan Moreno honed his skills at Farad Investment Management S.A., a leading European asset manager in Luxembourg, working closely with high-net-worth individuals and family offices in the Benelux region. There, he helped deploy capital into innovative ventures, developing a keen understanding of investor dynamics and strategic capital allocation.

His experience further expanded on Wall Street in New York, where he held roles at the Royal Bank of Canada and Deutsche Bank within the investment banking division. Adam Nohlgren is a seasoned advisor and strategist with a unique blend of expertise in marketing, finance, and asset management, positioning him as a forward-thinking leader at Nassau Street Partners. Based in Sweden, Adam has a rich background that includes running his own marketing and promotion firm for public companies, where he advised on IPOs, post-IPO strategies, and crafted comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing solutions. Jake Wang is currently pursuing a dual degree in physics and economics at Georgetown University, where he applies a unique analytical approach to finance. He brings valuable experience from his time at Briggs Capital, where he worked as an M&A analyst, developing strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis.

Lev brings over four years of experience across investment banking, mid-market M&A advisory, private equity, corporate development, and deal origination.

Previously, he served as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at CIBC Capital Markets, where he honed his skills in financial modeling and transaction structuring. His work spans diverse sectors and regions, including North America and Southeast Asia, with transactions valued between C$10 million and C$500 million. Known for his strategic insight, analytical rigor, and cross-border expertise, Lev is committed to helping clients achieve growth through carefully crafted, value-driven deals.

He holds an MSc in International Business from the Ivey School of Business and a BA in Economics from Western University.

Gary Shields is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Nassau Street Partners, where he spearheads the firm's strategic direction and directly leads all major initiatives. At the helm of the organization, Gary brings a wealth of experience with a distinguished career spanning nearly four decades in investment banking and venture capital.

Gary began his career in 1986 at LF Rothschild as a research analyst specializing in TMT stocks. In 1991, he joined the renowned investment bank Robertson Stephens as the Head of Environmental Services Investment Banking. Initially recruited as a Senior Research Analyst, Gary transitioned into the investment banking group, contributing to the firm's legacy as one of the "Four Horsemen" of investment banking.

Later in 1991, Gary became Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at The Chicago Corporation, where he drove innovative strategies in one of the most dynamic sectors of the market. In 1995, he co-founded Flemming, Lessard & Shields, a San Diego and San Francisco-based investment bank. As Managing Director, Gary advised hundreds of companies on M&A, divestitures, IPO planning, and capital formation.

Gary's expertise extends beyond investment banking into venture capital and corporate governance. He joined the board of Favrille in 2003, a biopharma company focused on immune system technologies, and played a pivotal role in its IPO and subsequent merger. Since 2020, he has served on the board of CureScience, guiding its partnerships and investments in cutting-edge diagnostics, regenerative medicine, and immunotherapy.

Today, under Gary's direct leadership, he also serves as a Managing Partner at AvTech Ventures, a San Diego-based investment bank and venture capital firm. AvTech is recognized for advising and investing in emerging growth companies from early stages through IPOs and M&A transactions. His hands-on management approach has built a track record of success in both domestic and international markets.

Bill currently serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for Nassau Street Partners. He is also the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Pantages Capital Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: PGAC) which is a special purpose acquisition corporation targeting a globally sourced business combination, where he has led the firm from inception through the recent IPO close for a total offering of $86.25 million. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for ChampionsGate Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: CHPGU), and a member of the Advisory Board for RestoreVault which is a Virtual Data Storage AI enabled SAAS firm.  Bill has also been serving as the Managing Partner of Daedalus Analytics International, a boutique data-driven firm specializing in providing highly unique global strategic business intelligence for targeted innovation ecosystems.

He has deep experience in corporate finance, including cross-border M&A, international joint ventures, and technology licensing, particularly between the US, Europe, and China. He has been cited in various articles and conducted more than two dozen television, radio, and print interviews by the Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones Newswires, iFeng TV, China Business News TV, and other business outlets on various financial valuation and China business-related topics.

In prior capacities, Bill served as a senior leader in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services – Corporate Finance practice, where his engagements spanned TMT, aerospace & defense, industrial products, among others. He was also a member of EY’s National Fairness Opinion Technical Review Committee. Previously, he spent 8 years based in China while serving as both City Leader and Country Head for a global financial advisory firm, leading offices in Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong.

During his tenure in China, his client engagements for major multinational corporations spanned 20 of the 23 Chinese provinces, including more than 200 cities across China. His other Southeast Asian engagements include major transactions in Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, the Philippines, as well as Australia and New Zealand.

Bill is a former member of the White House staff with the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), serving the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) and in the Directorate for Technology and National Security Affairs during stints under two separate Presidential Administrations of both political parties. He has also been an Economic Fellow under Commissioner Carol Crawford at the United States International Trade Commission (USITC), and on the consulting staff of the National Research Council at the National Academy of Sciences.

Bill is also a two-time finisher of the Ironman Triathlon endurance race and has trekked extensively throughout Asia, Africa, South America, New Zealand, and the US.

Richard A. Roth is a nationally and internationally recognized legal counsel specializing in securities litigation and regulatory matters. Prior to this, George worked as a Wealth Management Associate within a prestigious UK family office, where he sourced and evaluated private investment opportunities, analyzed capital deployment structures, and supported investment decision-making. Arda-e-viraf Minocherhomjee is a Partner at Nassau Street Partners, bringing decades of experience in private equity and investment banking to the firm’s leadership. He was a Founding and Managing Partner of Chicago Growth Partners, a private equity firm that managed $1.2 billion in assets, and earlier served as a Partner at William Blair Capital Partners, where he also played a key role in building the firm’s investment banking presence in healthcare.

Prior to his private equity career, Arda was Head of Health Care Research at William Blair, where he was involved in numerous IPOs and secondary offerings and was recognized as a Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst. Over the years, he has worked closely with Gary Shields, Chairman and Managing Partner of Nassau, building a long-standing partnership that has spanned investment banking and private equity and shaped the growth of countless companies and transactions.

Arda holds an M.Sc. in Pharmacology from the University of Toronto, a Ph.D. and M.B.A. from the University of British Columbia, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in pharmacology at the University of Washington Medical School. He has been awarded several prestigious scholarships, including those from Tata, Connaught Laboratories, and the Canadian Heart Foundation.

Dr. Laurent Pacheco is a seasoned healthcare investor with over two decades of experience spanning science, business, and finance. As a Board Director of Nassau Street Partners and member of its Investor Committee, he brings a unique perspective that bridges medical expertise with investment judgment. His track record reviewing and backing healthcare ventures makes him a valuable driver of strategy for both the firm and its clients.

Laurent has been deeply involved in healthcare investing through Solas Bioventures, a U.S.-based venture capital firm, where he focuses on due diligence and portfolio strategy. He also serves as Chairman of the London Venture Capital Network and Managing Partner of the International Family Office Alliance for Health, positions that have placed him at the center of hundreds of early-stage opportunities in molecules, medtech, and digital health.

Earlier in his career, Laurent held senior roles in consulting and industry. He advised multinational healthcare and life sciences clients at PwC and later served as Head of Life Sciences at BearingPoint. He spent more than twenty years at Intel Capital, where he managed over half a billion dollars in acquisitions, venture investments, joint ventures, and new business formations that advanced Intel’s core computing and networking divisions. Earlier in his career, he was a strategy consultant with Booz Allen in New York, advising Fortune 500 clients on growth and market-entry initiatives across multiple technology verticals.

His transactional and strategic expertise spans cloud infrastructure, networking, wireless, video gaming, sports media, device hardware and software, and emerging applications in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Beyond technology, Ron is also an active real estate investor and advisor with TableRock Capital, an owner-operator of affordable and market-rate multifamily properties across the U.S. with over $1 billion in assets under management.

Josh Post is a Vice President with expertise in capital strategy and business operations. At DealFuel, he led sales and finance for the specialized recruiting firm, guiding revenue strategy, financial planning, and commercial execution as it scaled its placement model across multiple markets. His leadership integrated top-line growth with disciplined financial oversight, strengthening both operational efficiency and strategic positioning

Previously, as an Asset Management Associate at a private family office, Josh evaluated alternative investments, supported portfolio management, and conducted due diligence across private equity and structured-credit vehicles. Mo Hafez is a talented finance professional with experience across investment banking, venture capital, and transaction advisory. He is currently an Analyst at Nassau Street Partners, where he supports our clients’ strategic advisory mandates. He demonstrates strong expertise in financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and investment assessment across diverse industries and transaction types.

His analytical approach applies rigorous valuation frameworks, transaction analysis, and due diligence, enabling informed strategic and investment decisions. Throughout his career, Mohannad has contributed to client-ready pitch books, Confidential Information Memoranda, management presentations, and investment materials for M&A and financing processes.

He has supported cross-border transactions, assisting with valuation analysis, diligence coordination, and transaction support.

Mina is an Analyst with experience across mergers and acquisitions, valuation advisory, financial due diligence, and capital markets transactions. He began his career in the GCC, working at an investment advisory firm and a construction conglomerate, where he supported valuation mandates, business planning engagements, and strategic financial analysis across multiple sectors and stages of growth.

Throughout his career, Mina has supported more than 50 companies, ranging from early-stage startups to publicly listed firms, in preparing for equity and debt capital markets transactions. His responsibilities have included leading the development of investment materials, coordinating transaction workstreams, and managing client communications end-to-end.

With a strong background in finance, Mina brings a disciplined, analytical, and execution-oriented approach to complex advisory engagements.

Anna Rombaboa is an Investor Relations Associate at Nassau Street Partners, bringing a rare combination of analytical rigor and capital markets fluency to the firm’s advisory and fundraising work. She supports investor relations and capital raising processes for complex businesses, helping translate operating, financial, and regulatory narratives into clear, credible investment materials for family offices, strategic investors, and private capital providers.

Earlier in her career, she held market-facing roles at Kapronasia, an Atlas Technologies–listed company, and at DealStreetAsia (Nikkei Group), advising founders and investors on positioning, capital markets engagement, and transaction visibility. She also spent several years at DemandScience, a global B2B data company, progressing through management roles while working alongside institutional investors and strategic partners. Anna holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and completed formal medical affairs training at Duke-NUS Medical School.

Cillian de Roever is a Vice President at Nassau Street Partners, where he leads the firm’s initial evaluation and advisory work with founders and executive teams considering a capital raise.

Cillian works at the front end of Nassau’s process, partnering directly with business owners to assess capital strategy, investor suitability, and raise readiness before an opportunity is introduced to the firm’s investor network. Sam Collins is a Managing Director at Nassau Street Partners and a senior global capital markets executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across private markets, wealth management, and cross-border capital formation. Over the course of his career, he has advised ultra-high-net-worth families, global family offices, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors on capital strategy, private market transactions, and strategic investment opportunities. His work has focused on connecting sophisticated investors with high-growth companies and complex investment platforms across North America and international markets.

Mr. Collins has held CEO, COO, Chairman, and Managing Director roles across regulated investment dealers, public companies, and private investment platforms. He is also the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CGR Ventures, a global advisory platform focused on supporting private companies, investment sponsors, and family offices with capital strategy, governance, and complex cross-border transactions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Collins founded and led Creation Wealth Capital, a regulated Canadian investment dealer, where he served as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, Chief Compliance Officer, and Ultimate Designated Person. In this role, he was responsible for building the firm’s national platform, overseeing regulatory governance, and leading advisor recruitment across Canada. Adam Sulik is a Vice President at Nassau Street Partners. He specializes in positioning opportunities for family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic investors, with a particular emphasis on aligning capital with tangible asset-backed and technology-enabled growth stories.

Prior to joining Nassau Street Partners, Adam built a strong track record in property investment, structuring and closing transactions across UK real estate markets with a focus on yield-driven and value-add opportunities. He later transitioned into private equity within the AI sector, gaining exposure to acquisition strategy, deal execution, and investor positioning in emerging technology markets. Kevin Rynn is a Managing Director at Nassau Street Partners and a senior financial services executive with over 25 years of experience across broker-dealer operations, wealth management, and regulatory oversight. His background includes working with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and institutional platforms, with a focus on compliance, capital markets activity, and scalable advisory businesses.

Mr. Rynn has held senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Supervisory Principal, overseeing multi-branch broker-dealer operations and implementing firm-wide risk management and regulatory frameworks in line with FINRA and SEC standards. He previously served in senior roles at Hilltop Securities, City National Bank, E*TRADE, and JPMorgan Chase & Co..
