Neel Doshi is an accomplished investment banker with three years of sell-side banking experience on Wall Street at TD Securities (TD Bank's Investment Bank). Gary Shields is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Nassau Street Partners, where he spearheads the firm's strategic direction and directly leads all major initiatives. At the helm of the organization, Gary brings a wealth of experience with a distinguished career spanning nearly four decades in investment banking and venture capital.

Gary began his career in 1986 at LF Rothschild as a research analyst specializing in TMT stocks. In 1991, he joined the renowned investment bank Robertson Stephens as the Head of Environmental Services Investment Banking. Initially recruited as a Senior Research Analyst, Gary transitioned into the investment banking group, contributing to the firm's legacy as one of the "Four Horsemen" of investment banking.

Later in 1991, Gary became Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at The Chicago Corporation, where he drove innovative strategies in one of the most dynamic sectors of the market. In 1995, he co-founded Flemming, Lessard & Shields, a San Diego and San Francisco-based investment bank. As Managing Director, Gary advised hundreds of companies on M&A, divestitures, IPO planning, and capital formation.

Gary's expertise extends beyond investment banking into venture capital and corporate governance. He joined the board of Favrille in 2003, a biopharma company focused on immune system technologies, and played a pivotal role in its IPO and subsequent merger. Bill currently serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for Nassau Street Partners. He is also the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Pantages Capital Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: PGAC) which is a special purpose acquisition corporation targeting a globally sourced business combination, where he has led the firm from inception through the recent IPO close for a total offering of $86.25 million. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for ChampionsGate Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: CHPGU), and a member of the Advisory Board for RestoreVault which is a Virtual Data Storage AI enabled SAAS firm.  Bill has also been serving as the Managing Partner of Daedalus Analytics International, a boutique data-driven firm specializing in providing highly unique global strategic business intelligence for targeted innovation ecosystems.

He has deep experience in corporate finance, including cross-border M&A, international joint ventures, and technology licensing, particularly between the US, Europe, and China. In prior capacities, Bill served as a senior leader in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services – Corporate Finance practice, where his engagements spanned TMT, aerospace & defense, industrial products, among others. He was also a member of EY’s National Fairness Opinion Technical Review Committee. Previously, he spent 8 years based in China while serving as both City Leader and Country Head for a global financial advisory firm, leading offices in Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong.

During his tenure in China, his client engagements for major multinational corporations spanned 20 of the 23 Chinese provinces, including more than 200 cities across China. His other Southeast Asian engagements include major transactions in Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, the Philippines, as well as Australia and New Zealand.

Bill is a former member of the White House staff with the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), serving the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) and in the Directorate for Technology and National Security Affairs during stints under two separate Presidential Administrations of both political parties. He has also been an Economic Fellow under Commissioner Carol Crawford at the United States International Trade Commission (USITC), and on the consulting staff of the National Research Council at the National Academy of Sciences.

Bill is also a two-time finisher of the Ironman Triathlon endurance race and has trekked extensively throughout Asia, Africa, South America, New Zealand, and the US.

Arda-e-viraf Minocherhomjee is a Partner at Nassau Street Partners, bringing decades of experience in private equity and investment banking to the firm’s leadership. He was a Founding and Managing Partner of Chicago Growth Partners, a private equity firm that managed $1.2 billion in assets, and earlier served as a Partner at William Blair Capital Partners, where he also played a key role in building the firm’s investment banking presence in healthcare.

Prior to his private equity career, Arda was Head of Health Care Research at William Blair, where he was involved in numerous IPOs and secondary offerings and was recognized as a Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst. Arda holds an M.Sc. in Pharmacology from the University of Toronto, a Ph.D. and M.B.A. from the University of British Columbia, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in pharmacology at the University of Washington Medical School. Dr. Laurent Pacheco is a seasoned healthcare investor with over two decades of experience spanning science, business, and finance. As a Board Director of Nassau Street Partners and member of its Investor Committee, he brings a unique perspective that bridges medical expertise with investment judgment. His track record reviewing and backing healthcare ventures makes him a valuable driver of strategy for both the firm and its clients.

Laurent has been deeply involved in healthcare investing through Solas Bioventures, a U.S.-based venture capital firm, where he focuses on due diligence and portfolio strategy. He also serves as Chairman of the London Venture Capital Network and Managing Partner of the International Family Office Alliance for Health, positions that have placed him at the center of hundreds of early-stage opportunities in molecules, medtech, and digital health.

Earlier in his career, Laurent held senior roles in consulting and industry. He advised multinational healthcare and life sciences clients at PwC and later served as Head of Life Sciences at BearingPoint.
