This Privacy Policy applies to: (1) visitors to Nassau websites; and (2) individuals or companies who interact with Nassau or our Services (for example, prospective issuers, institutional investors, and service providers). 1.Information you provide directly: name, email, phone, address, company, role, account credentials, issuer or investment information, and know your customer(KYC), know your business (KYB), anti-money laundering tasks (AML), and other pertinent information.

2.Information we may collect automatically: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, time/date stamps, referring pages, and usage metrics, to help us operate and secure the Nassau Platform.

3.Information from third parties: we may receive information about you from identity-verification vendors, KYB verification services, payment processors, analytics providers, and business partners in connection with Services.

III. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to provide and operate the Services, onboard issuers and investors, meet legal and regulatory requirements, communicate with you about your account or transactions, improve and develop the Nassau Services, send permitted marketing communications (you may opt out), and protect Nassau and our users from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access. We may create aggregated or de-identified data and use it for any lawful purpose.

IV. How We Share Information

We may share personal information: (1) with Nassau affiliates to operate the Services and perform compliance checks; (2) with unaffiliated service providers and vendors that process information under contract for IT, hosting, analytics, KYC/AML, e-signature, and payments; (3) with payment facilitators where you use payment or funds-movement features; (4) for legal, compliance, and safety purposes with regulators, law enforcement, or other parties; and (5) as part of a business transaction, subject to confidentiality protections. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense.

V. Communications and Marketing

We may send you administrative or transactional communications that you cannot optout of. We may also send you marketing communications about new opportunities or platform features, which you can opt out of at any time.

VI. Data Retention and Disposal

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, satisfy regulatory and record-keeping requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where allowed, we will securely delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed.

If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. If EU/UK data-protection laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

X. California Residents

California residents may have additional rights, including to request access to and deletion of certain personal information. We do not disclose personal information in exchange for monetary consideration, but we may share information with service providers for business purposes. You may update your account information, change notification settings, or request deletion of certain information by contacting us. Where we must keep information for regulatory, record-keeping, or security purposes, we may decline a deletion request.

XII. Children’s Data

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

XIII. BritehornSecurities LLC

All broker-dealer related securities activity made available in connection with the Services is conducted by BritehornSecurities LLC, a registered broker-dealer, and member of FINRA and SIPC. Britehorn Securities is an unaffiliated company. Please check our background on FINRA’s BrokerCheck.

XIV. Information Security

We use reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a data incident affecting your personal information, we will investigate and, where required by law, notify you and/or regulators.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
